We’re planning to bid as a Prime or quote as a Sub on the listed call numbers in the upcoming WisDOT Letting, and we encourage you to consider submitting quotes.
As a reminder, WisDOT’s DBE Program, in line with federal regulations (49 CFR Part 26), requires a portion of DOT-funded contracts to be awarded to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). We strongly encourage DBE participation—whether through subcontracting, trucking, or purchasing materials from DBE suppliers.
Quotes may be evaluated based not only on price but also on DBE participation. If you have questions, feel free to reach out.
