SAFETY POLICIES
Our Safety Policies page begins with Pheifer Brothers Construction’s General Safety Plan, which outlines the expectations and safe work practices that apply to every employee and jobsite. Additional topic-specific policies follow, providing more detailed requirements for particular tasks, equipment and hazards. Employees are expected to review and follow both the General Safety Plan and all policies that apply to their work.
These safety plans and policies do not address every hazard or situation that may arise. Employees must remain alert, use good judgment and follow applicable regulations, project requirements and manufacturer instructions. When an unforeseen or unaddressed
hazard is identified, stop work, notify the foreman and establish appropriate controls before work resumes.
