Dione came to Pheifer in 2019 with an undergrad in Business and Accounting, an MBA in Finance, and over 16 years in the banking industry.
“One of the things I enjoy most about Pheifer is that it's very family-friendly (dogs and all). One of the biggest draws is that Pheifer is a small company which allows participation in all facets of business.”
In Dione’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband, reading, running, biking, coaching basketball, traveling and raising livestock. Dione grew up on a horse farm and was riding horses before she could walk or talk.
Currently, Dione is a part of the board of directors for the Hope Center and The Brigade of The Fox Valley. Additionally, she actively participates in 4-H.

Amber likes to spend her free time kayaking, biking, reading, creating pottery, coaching powerlifting and being with her family up north. Ryan and Amber have three kids and three dogs. Most nights and weekends you can find Amber at a baseball, basketball, or football game or the horse stable with her daughter.
