Mike has been with Pheifer since 1991.

He completed the Carpentry Apprenticeship program through the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and the Associated Builders and Contractors.

Mike has been awarded the WisDOT structure of the year three times in his career with Pheifer!

​

In 2019 Mike was promoted to Shop Manager. He ensures safe and efficient shop operations and enhances shop procedures and systems to best serve field operations within budget constraints. He also works to design, implement, and enforce inventory tracking procedures; carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Pheifer's policies. Mike enjoys the different stresses and challenges this new role provides. “One of my favorite parts about Pheifer is it feels like a family.”

In Mike’s limited free time, he enjoys hanging out with family, hunting, horseback riding, and running his hobby farm of two dogs (soon to be four), three horses and two goats. Mike is an avid German Shepard dog lover.
